At first I thought it was the motor of the table saw, but the hum comes from inside the starter box. When I press the start on the magnetic starter, I get a humming sound coming from the starter.

From what I can tell I did everything correctly as when I plugged in the table saw I do have power. Last night I added a 220v breaker to my box, ran 12/2 wire to an outlet and connected a female 3-prong receiver for the table saw plug. I recently bought a delta unisaw table saw and thus needed to run 220v line in my garage to run the table saw on.
